The Poland High School Interact Club has an obligation to the school and the community to help make a positive difference. Members of the club already know there are many people who are already doing this and contributing to making Poland Schools such a great place for students and community members. As part of one of the club's initiatives, it’s been decided to recognize one staff member each month who goes above and beyond in making a positive impact on Poland students.The May staff members of the month are Mrs. Way & Mrs. Albrecht, PSHS Secretaries. Thank you, Mrs. Way and Mrs. Albrecht, for everything you do for the students, staff, and community each and every day! Poland wouldn’t be what it is without dedicated people like you!

PSHS Interact Club made the best surprise prom dates for our friends at Leonard Kirtz! The Bulldogs snuck in early enough to decorate their hallways and the dance floor. Then, they finally surprised their prom dates by helping with makeup before walking promenade together into the dance hall! To our friends at MCBDD, thank you for inviting us to such a fun day! Thank you to Mr. Martin and Mr. Sainato for leading the field trip. And of course, our Poland Bulldogs... Thank you for sharing your love and energy in serving others.

The members of our Poland Middle School Kindness Club teamed up with the PSHS Interact Club to create care package bags for our local police officers! To thank the Poland Village & Poland Township Police Department for their service to the school district, students wrote cards and worked together to fill bags full of goodies! Mrs. and Mr. Martin even got treats for the K-9 units! Thank you, local police!

Is your Junior High student looking for additional support in one or more subjects? The Poland Seminary High School Interact Club, an organization dedicated to student service and community involvement, is once again offering FREE tutoring sessions for 7th & 8th grade students! Students will be greeted with volunteer high school tutors willing to help your child. Tutoring sessions take place after school from 2:15–2:50 p.m. on Wednesdays (when school is in session) in Mr. Martin’s room #13. Sign up today:

The Poland Middle School Kindness Club and PSHS Interact Club teamed up for a special project... Students from the high school collaborated with fifth and sixth graders on writing cards and creating care/snack packages to present to our local firefighters Poland Fire District - WRJFD! The students packed bags full of treats and kind messages, even making a delivery to our hometown heroes! Thank you to Mrs. Martin, Mr. Martin, and Mrs. Butch for organizing such a heartfelt surprise for our community!

The PSHS Interact Club, an organization dedicated to promoting student outreach and volunteer work within the community, is offering help sessions to struggling 7th and 8th grade students free of charge! Your child will be matched with a volunteer student tutor depending on the subject that requires help and their availability. Tutors are available after school (2:15-3:00 on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and in various study hall periods throughout the week. We will do our best to find a match for every student and volunteer, but spots will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis.
